AGM NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Body Meeting of the Chennai Chapter of ISACA_® will be held on Friday, the 22^nd of Oct 2021 at Regenta Central Deccan Chennai, No: 36, Royapettah High Road, Royapettah, Chennai – 600014 at 6.00 PM to transact the following business:

1. To accept and adopt the Honorary Secretary’s report for the year 2020-2021
2. To accept and adopt the Honorary Treasurer’s report for the year 2020-2021
3. To appoint the auditor for the year 2021-2022. M/s Sathiyamurthy and Associates have accepted to be our auditor for the year 2021-22.
4. To elect the members to the Governing Board for the period 2021-2023.
5. To transact any other business with the permission of the chair.

All the members are requested to attend the meeting and make the deliberations fruitful. The meeting will be followed by dinner.
