Facial Recognition powered by Artificial Intelligence is a booming use case in today’s world. It is and can be applied across industries and domains, for various purposes ranging from fun to bio-metrics to security.

A brief history of Artificial Intelligence and how Face recognition becomes an important use case will be the starting point of the talk. Followed by it’s applications and adoption, both locally and globally will also be seen in detail. Information security which is a very crucial aspect of such technologies when it is utilised in real life projects rather than toy ones will be dealt next. Speaker Profile

Balasubramaniam AV - As a technologist, I love to work on solving on customer problems related to data, be it in any form or volume. Designing enterprise level Solution architecture for transactional, warehousing and analytical systems along with tuning performance and securing data is something that I have mastered all through these years. Design, Develop and Implement Artificial Intelligence based products in the areas of Computer Vision and Conversational Bots is another proven skill that I have worked on for years. Very well versed in building and selling world class products that deal with data and solutions built using machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence to world class customers.

Having spent more than a decade in research, am hands on with most of the open source technologies, market trends, what works where, what fails when. This actually helps me in designing and building solutions that 'really' solves a problem in the most effective way.

In order to bring my expertise in technology and leadership directly to solve interesting Customer problems, starting off with GoLittleBig.

To make GoLittleBig as "to-go" name when it comes to solving problems related to computer vision and artificial intelligence.

Off track, I 200% believe in teaching the right things to young minds as they are the future of tomorrow's world. I do my best to live up to my professional and personal goals.
