Mrs.Sudha Ramkumar has 13 years of experience in the IT industry of which 7 years in Project Management and 6 years in Quality Assurance. She has worked in end -user organizations and IT organizations in various positions like Project Manager, SQA /SEPG manager. She has been part of CMM, CMMi implementations. She has been instrumental in implementing Project Management tools such as Iplan and Kintana. She has been a part of the Metrics team in defining metrics for the organization. Currently, she is working as a Process Consultant with Birlasoft.
